Our comprehensive Property Valuation Appraisals are based on the findings of up to three local estate agents, exhaustive online comparisons of similar properties in the area and a study of the Land Registry Data for the relevant postcode. We take into consideration:

Estate agents will often convince you they can get more for a property to encourage you to sign up. If, having seen all the evidence in our report, you’d still like to try marketing at a higher price, we will happily go with the value you choose.
Once the price is agreed we immediately start to market your property using a tried and tested multi-agency approach. On average this technique finds buyers in half the time a traditional single-agency achieves, and we usually get the value we predicted – if not a little more.
Our weekly marketing reports will tell you exactly how much interest we’ve had on your property and, if we think anything needs to be changed (price, photography etc) we’ll let you know and help you decide what to do.
